What to expect:
LUXX can't get any better when it comes to location. Shopping, eating, and dancing are literally minutes away. And if you want to get to another part of town, Alexanderplatz is a few minutes walk. The 110 square meter three room apartment make it very spacious and can sleep up to four people comfortably.
One small room with a double sized bed (140cm x 200cm), one larger room with two 160cm x 200cm beds and one lounge with sofa. Located on the first floor of a restored building with super high ceilings and large windows. The smaller room consists of a vintage wall rack and a niche is wallpapered with book pages of a famous German mountain climbers tales and adventures.

We kindly ask all of our guests to be aware that our spaces are in normal rental buildings. Please be considerate when it comes to your behaviour while staying with us.

Right underneath the apartment one can buy new shoes. Across the street, new glasses, and at the corner, jeans. In other words, it is a shopping paradise for those who want to indulge.
SERVICE
Bed linens and towels are provided for each guest. Toiletries, such as shampoo and body wash are not provided.
PERFECT FOR FAMILIES
Families will enjoy the abundance of space in this apartment. We can provide a travel baby bed for those travelling with infants.
