We do not have a 24hr reception and most guests will check themselves in independently.
Apartment in Mitte has no reception what so ever.

If the spaces are available earlier, you are more than welcome to check-in sooner.

We kindly ask you to get us your approximate arrival time.

Even on Sundays, or after a night out. Sorry.

Arriving before check-in time

ROOMS / CUBA / LEGO
Arriving at our Eberswalder Straße location early is not an issue whatsoever. Please make sure to put in the estimated time when making the reservation. If you are only adding it in via the Guest Advisor tool, please indicate in the “Comment” field since the dropdown does not go lower than 14:00. Guests are more than welcome to drop off their luggage with us or get into their room if it happens to be empty the night before or has already been prepared.

LUXX
We can usually accommodate early arrivals in this location depending on if the space has been booked the night before. Please get in touch with us to see if we can help you out. 

Arriving late in the evening

ROOMS / CUBA / LEGO
If you arrive later in the day or into the night, not an issue whatsoever. Guests staying in the ROOMS will obtain an email a few days before arrival with detailed information on now to access our space at any hour.

Guests staying in CUBA or LEGO apartments, will also be receiving detailed information on how they can collect the keys.

LUXX
We will provide you with detailed information on how to collect the keys a few days before arrival. 

Storing Luggage

ROOMS
After check-out, you are more than welcome to leave our luggage with us in our space downstairs. Please leave the room key card in the “OUT” Lego box near the stairs and use the four-digit code you have been provided to let yourselves back in.
CUBA / LEGO
Please get in touch with us during your stay to coordinate with you on how to leave your items in our other space.

LUXX
We do not have a space in the building or the area for you to store your luggage. You are more than welcome to drop off your bags at Eberswalder Str. in Prenzlauer Berg.
 
Another option is to get a storage locker at the Alexanderplatz Train Station or one of the other stations such as Hauptbahnhof, Ostbahnhof, Friedrichstraße, Potsdamer Platz, Gesundbrunnen, Zoologischer Garten, Südkreuz, and Spandau.

This option flies out the window if guests use other booking platforms like AIRBNB and Booking.com. 

Food and Beverages

We do not have a breakfast option.
Some of you might have stayed with us when we used to serve our tasty overnight oats, assortment of french cheeses and barista coffee. Unfortunately, this is a thing of the past.

In our arrival email template, there will be a Google Maps link to some of our favourite spots in the neighbourhood and around Berlin in general.

For our hotel (Rooms) guests:
We do not leave you empty stomached: there is an automated coffee machine and usually some breakfast cereals and fruit, free of charge downstairs. Cookies are also available for a late night snack. We also have a honesty bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.


Invoicing

If you require an invoice, please let us know prior to arrival or during your stay. Business travelers that need a company address on their invoice, please provide this before arrival. 

Parking

Parking in P'Berg
Paid parking is mandatory in this zone (43). The city patrols the area very frequently. There is paid underground parking at the Kulterbrauerei which is a 5 minute walk to the ROOMS/CUBA/LEGO. Parking at Schönhauser Allee Arcarden is another option.

Parking in Mitte
Paid parking is mandatory in this zone (29). We suggest parking your vehicle in a parking garage near Alexanderplatz called Q-Park. You can pre-book your stay on their website.

Coming by car (​Environmental Zone Sticker)

In an effort to reduce pollution, Berlin has introduced an Environmental Zone Sticker (Feinstaubplakette), which must be affixed to vehicles, before they may enter the "green zone" within the city. This also applies to vehicles from other countries. We recommend you purchase your No. 4 badge prior to your visit to Berlin.

Between Mon.-Fri. (8am and 6pm), a sticker can be purchased across the street from us for ca. 8 EUR.

NOTE: Driving your car without a badge will result in a fine of 40 EUR. The people who patrol parking also enforce the badges. For electric automobiles with license plates with an "E", there is no need to obtain one.

Televisions

We have consciously created spaces without televisions, but our apartments do have them. Although they are present, we do not have cable channels or streaming packages. Some of the TV's are Smart and have streaming apps that one can login to with personal accounts.

Even though they are in the apartment, we do not offer any kind of technical support. This is the reason why we do not mention them in the listing descriptions. Most guests have their own mobile devices for entertainment purposes and if you'd like to hook-up your device to the television, please bring a HDMI adapter for example.

Group Reservations

Group reservations, of more than 3 rooms and or apartments, booked with a Standard Refundable Rate, will require a 50% deposit. Before reserving, please get in touch with us.
