UPPER LEVEL
You will need to get to the S-Bahn platforms (15/16) on the upper level. Eastward running train are on Platform 15. Take any of these trains to Alexanderplatz.
LOWER LEVEL
You can avoid going to the upper level if you arrive at the lower level and use the U5 U-Bahn to get to Alexanderplatz. From the platforms, you need to take the escalators up one level and follow the yellow [U] signage.
FROM ALEXANDERPLATZ
Exit the station and head towards Karl-Liebknecht Str. Cross the street and continue straight ahead on Dircksenstraße. Once you reach the corner, you will see a Motel One, cross the street over to it and then turn right and walk along Rosa-Luxemburg-Str. until you reach number 3.
M10 TRAM - From the lower platforms 1 - 8:
Take the escalators up one level and from there, look for the TRAM signage. You remain on the same level until you see the stairs that take you directly to the TRAM platform outside.
M10 TRAM - From the upper platforms 11 - 16:
If you arrive via S-Bahn, Regional Train or Long Distance Trains, you will need to get to street level by following the TRAM signage (Europaplatz side).
Take the M10 to either Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark or [U] Eberswalder Str.
STEP1.
REGIONAL TRAINS to HBF or ALEXANDERPLATZ
Take one of the many regional trains from the lower levels to the main train station (HBF).
STEP 2a.
HBF with the M10 TRAM
The M10 tram stop is on the main street opposite the main train station.
STEP 2b.
via ALEXANDERPLATZ (U-Bahn)
Follow the signage for the U-Bahn (U2 line). You can walk using the underground passage ways of above ground of the main square.
