Sollten Sie später am Tag oder in der Nacht anreisen, ist das überhaupt kein Problem. Gäste der RÄUME erhalten einige Tage vor ihrer Ankunft eine E-Mail mit detaillierten Informationen zum Zugang zu unseren Unterkünften rund um die Uhr. 

Gäste der Apartments CUBA oder LEGO erhalten ebenfalls detaillierte Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe.

RÄUME:
Nach dem Check-out können Sie Ihr Gepäck gerne in unserem Lagerraum im Erdgeschoss deponieren. Bitte legen Sie Ihre Zimmerkarte in die „OUT“-LEGO-Box neben der Treppe und nutzen Sie den Ihnen mitgeteilten vierstelligen Code, um Ihr Zimmer wieder zu betreten.

CUBA / LEGO / RAUMfünf:
Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns während Ihres Aufenthalts, um die Gepäckaufbewahrung in unserem anderen Lagerraum zu besprechen.

While our booking engine allows you to book rooms individually to cover a full stay, the process can be a little complex. To book a "split stay," please follow these steps:

Example: Staying from 2nd – 5th February
1. Check availability:
Click "Check calendar" for our various rooms. Suppose a room is free from the 2nd – 4th February.

2. Select & Search:
Enter those specific dates (2nd–4th) into the search tool and click "Search".

3. Choose your rate:
Click "Show rates" and then "Book this" on your preferred option.

4. Add Services:
You will land on the "Add services" page. From here, click the (1) "Select apartment" at the top.

5. New Dates:
You will return to the overview.
Please note: The dates may have reset. Enter the remainder of your stay (4th – 5th February).

6. Finalise:
Select the second room or apartment that suits your needs to complete the sequence.

Note on Locations: The ROOMS, ROOMfive, LEGO, and CUBA are all located in the same building. LUXX is located separately in Mitte.

In unserer Ankunfts-E-Mail finden Sie einen Link zu Google Maps mit einigen unserer Lieblingsorte in der Umgebung und in ganz Berlin.

Für unsere Hotelgäste (Zimmer):
Wir lassen Sie nicht hungrig zurück: Unten finden Sie kostenlos einen Kaffeeautomaten sowie Frühstücksflocken und Obst. Kekse stehen für einen kleinen Mitternachtssnack bereit. Außerdem gibt es eine Selbstbedienungsbar mit alkoholischen und alkoholfreien Getränken.

​Parking in P'Berg
Paid parking is mandatory in this zone (43). The city patrols the area very frequently. There is paid underground parking at the Kulterbrauerei which is a 5 minute walk to the ROOMS/CUBA/LEGO. Parking at Schönhauser Allee Arcarden is another option.

Parking in Mitte
Paid parking is mandatory in this zone (29). We suggest parking your vehicle in a parking garage near Alexanderplatz called Q-Park. You can pre-book your stay on their website.

​In an effort to reduce pollution, Berlin has introduced an Environmental Zone Sticker (Feinstaubplakette), which must be affixed to vehicles, before they may enter the "green zone" within the city. This also applies to vehicles from other countries. We recommend you purchase your No. 4 badge prior to your visit to Berlin.

Between Mon.-Fri. (8am and 6pm), a sticker can be purchased across the street from us for ca. 8 EUR.

NOTE: Driving your car without a badge will result in a fine of 40 EUR. The people who patrol parking also enforce the badges. For electric automobiles with license plates with an "E", there is no need to obtain one.

We have consciously created spaces without televisions, but our apartments do have them. Although they are present, we do not have cable channels or streaming packages. Some of the TV's are Smart and have streaming apps that one can login to with personal accounts.

Even though they are in the apartment, we do not offer any kind of technical support. This is the reason why we do not mention them in the listing descriptions. Most guests have their own mobile devices for entertainment purposes and if you'd like to hook-up your device to the television, please bring a HDMI adapter for example.

Group reservations, of more than 3 rooms and or apartments, booked with a Standard Refundable Rate, will require a 50% deposit. Before reserving, please get in touch with us.

​We’re happy to welcome pets (dogs and cats), but we kindly ask owners to consider whether their furry friend feels comfortable in a hotel or new environment.

Upon making your reservation, there is an option to add a pet service charge.
