Personal Baggage

If you have booked a ROOM, CUBA or LEGO apartments, you are welcome to leave your luggage if you arrive earlier than the normal check-in time or have a later departure time.

Unfortunately we cannot store luggage for guests booked in the LUXX apartment. You can rent lockers at Alexanderplatz near the Deutsche Bahn ticket office or leave you luggage at our location in Prenzlauer Berg.

Alterations

Our reservation system does not allow reservations to be altered or cancelled by the guests themselves.

Please contact us right away and we are more than happy to change the reservation for you.

A credit card is required to guarantee all bookings.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policies might differ, depending on the available rate. Please check the exact cancellation policy next to the Rate name.

Simply visit our booking engine page and once you choose your travel dates, click on "Show rates" button and then on "Rate Information" text.

The key to the keys

Depending on which space you have booked, and the time of your arrival, the keys may be picked up at a nearby location.

Please be sure to contact us if you are arriving outside of opening hours.

Parking in P'Berg

Paid parking is mandatory in our zone. The city patrols the area very frequently.

There is paid underground parking at the Kulterbrauerei which is a 5 minute walk to the ROOMS/CUBA/LEGO. Parking at Schönhauser Allee Arcarden is another option.

Environmental Badge

In an effort to reduce pollution, Berlin has introduced an environmental badge, which must be affixed to vehicles, before they may enter the "green zone" within the city. This also applies to vehicles from other countries. Please purchase your No. 4 badge prior to your visit to Berlin.

Between Mon.-Fri. (8am and 6pm), a badge can be purchased across the street from us for 7.50 EUR.
